Across seven years in equity research, corporate finance, and operations, I kept seeing the same pattern: the strategy was sound, the people were capable, and the intent was there. What was missing was the machinery to turn good plans into consistent action.

At Amazon, I built and ran programs to electrify the last-mile delivery fleet—work that sat at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. I saw firsthand how easily execution breaks down: priorities get diluted, teams lose alignment, accountability becomes unclear, and momentum fades.

Not because people don't care. Because the systems around them aren't designed to make execution stick.

I started Bloom to close that gap.
